1 scoop -  whey 100 vanilla protein powder - you can also use a vegan protein powder

1 - (ripe) banana

30 g - almonds

60 g - rolled oats 

1 dl - low-fat milk (can be oat milk or other substitutes)

1 pcs - egg

1 tsp. - cinnamon powder

1 tsp. - baking powder

1 pinch of salt 



  1. Preheat oven to 180C 
  2. Unpeel the banana and mash it in a bowl 
  3. Chop the almonds into small pieces
  4. Mix rolled oats, egg, and protein powder into the bowl with banana 
  5. Add chopped almonds, cinnamon, baking powder, salt, and milk to the bowl
  6. Cover the bowl and let the mixture rest for 10-15 minutes on the kitchen counter 
  7. Pour mixture into 10 small muffin molds (preferably silicone muffin molds)
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-16 minutes
