1 scoop -  vanilla protein powder - you can also use a vegan protein powder

1 - (ripe) banana

2 tbs - almond flour

1 dl - rolled oats 

1 dl - water

1 pcs - egg


  1. Mix all ingredients into a bowl 
  2. Blend all the ingredients until the dough has a smooth consistency
  3. Choose a non-stick pan and add coconut oil. Heat it to medium heat. 
  4. Pour dough onto the pan
  5. Flip the pancake once it comes up with a few bubbles on the dough 
  6. Top with your favorite toppings like salted caramel zero toppings and berries
