INGREDIENTS
1 scoop - vanilla protein powder - you can also use a vegan protein powder
1 - frozen banana
100 g - frozen berries by choice (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)
3 dl - low-fat milk
1 - orange
Optional: sweeteners drops
HOW TO
- Peel the orange and squeeze the juice into a bowl
- Mix all ingredients in a blender and blend until it has a smooth consistency
- Add sweeteners if you wish
- Pour into a glass
