Our Protein Pizza Mix is ​​all you need to make a true Italian pizza dough that will send you straight to the capital of pizza, Naples. We have used the finest Neapolitan tipo 00 flour and added copious amounts of premium whey protein from our well-known Whey 100. All you have to do is actually add water, shape the pizza dough and throw your favorite toppings on top. Then your pizza is ready to smoke in the oven - buon appetito!

How to make the perfect pizza
Mix 250 g of Protein Pizza Mix with 150 ml of water in a bowl. Stir and knead the dough by hand for a few minutes until smooth and smooth. Cut the dough in half and form into two pizza balls. Let them rest, covered, for 10 minutes while the oven heats up. Roll out the pizzas with a rolling pin and add the desired pizza filling. Bake for 15 minutes at 200 degrees, or until crisp and golden.

Each pizza dough contains 26 g of protein – the same as a regular protein shake – which typically provides around 50 g of protein with cheese and toppings. One bag of Protein Pizza Mix makes four medium-sized pizza doughs.
