INGREDIENTS
1 scoop - whey 100 chocolate protein powder - you can also use a vegan protein powder
1 dl - rolled oats
2 dl - water
1 dl - low-fat milk
1 pinch of salt
Sweeteners (optional)
HOW TO
- Mix rolled oats, milk, water, and salt in a small saucepan
- Turn on the heat and bring liquids to a boil
- Turn the heat down and make sure to stir around the mixture
- Add the protein powder to the mixture (and sweeteners if wanted)
- Pour into a bowl and top with your favorite toppings!
