INGREDIENTS
1 scoop - whey 100 vanilla protein powder - you can also use a vegan protein powder
1 - (ripe) banana
30 g - almonds
60 g - rolled oats
1 dl - low-fat milk (can be oat milk or other substitutes)
1 pcs - egg
1 tsp. - cinnamon powder
1 tsp. - baking powder
1 pinch of salt
HOW TO
- Preheat oven to 180C
- Unpeel the banana and mash it in a bowl
- Chop the almonds into small pieces
- Mix rolled oats, egg, and protein powder into the bowl with banana
- Add chopped almonds, cinnamon, baking powder, salt, and milk to the bowl
- Cover the bowl and let the mixture rest for 10-15 minutes on the kitchen counter
- Pour mixture into 10 small muffin molds (preferably silicone muffin molds)
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-16 minutes
