Homemade protein bar recipe

Peanut butter protein bar recipe

This recipe for peanut butter protein bars takes approx 25 minutes and the quantity in the recipe is 10 bars.

Ingredients:

  • 250 grams oats
  • 2 scoops protein powder
  • 75 grams dates
  • 100 grams peanut butter
  • 0.5 deciliters syrup - or honey
  • 40 grams cocoa powder
  • 0.5 deciliters milk
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon spoon flaxseeds 

Instructions:

  1. Add oats and blend them into a coarse flour.
  2. Add the dates and blend further. Then, add protein powder, cocoa powder, syrup, and peanut butter. Blend it all together and add milk gradually.
  3. Add chia seeds and flaxseeds, and stir everything thoroughly.
  4. Add the mixture to a cake pan and press it flat and smooth. Put it in the refrigerator or freezer to set.
  5. Take it out of the refrigerator and cut the mixture into bars. 
  6. Now they are ready to be enjoyed.
